Claiming treatment fees from your Medical Health Insurance Company.

Health insurance companies will frequently refund all of the costs of osteopathic, chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments. However the total annual allowance for these services you will vary depending on the policy that you have.

In order to ensure that your medical insurance pays for your treatment, you should arrange for a GP or Consultant referral, before your first appointment. GPs are always happy to refer you to an Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor. . It is helpful to book your osteopath appointment first via our appointment line number. Then ask you GP for a referral to the osteopath to whom we have referred you.

Some practitioners have direct settlement arrangements, but you must ask for an authorization number and bring it to your first consultation.

Most Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are registered with a wide-range of Medical Insurance companies including BUPA, PPP, CIGNA, BCWA, WPA, PRIME, HEALTHFIRST, HSA and PERMANENT HEALTH.
