What happens when you call us
Your call will be promptly answered by one of our staff members and you will be asked a short series of questions about:
- Your name, location, contact details and age
- The nature of your complaint (this is not required, but is helpful if you are comfortable to share the details)
Depending on what kind of treatment you choose, the staff member will then recommend an Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor close to your work or home specialising in the treatment you require.
Your call will then be put-through to the practitioner's clinic in order to make an appointment at a convenient time. If your call is after-hours we will ensure that the recommended back pain specialist telephones you by 10 a.m. the next day.
